Yoga Classes

Hello Everyone!

I will be posting yoga classes so you can enjoy yoga at home during these crazy times. ( Please know that the videos are very amateur. ☺️)

There will be various classes so you can pick and choose what you want to do on a particular day.  Some classes will be 60 minutes, others may be 20 minutes.  Enjoy.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Yoga Flow #4

A  60-minute flow class consisting of poses focusing on strength, mobility, flexibility and balance. I have added a few challenges to this one.  Please listen to your body and do what you can.  Enjoy!

Yoga Flow #3

This is a just under 60-minute flow class consisting of poses focusing on strength, mobility, flexibility and balance.  There is no time for Sivasana in the end.  

Fatigue Busting Flow

A 30-minute class designed to boost your energy.  I though a class like this would be helpful since we may be getting a little fatigued hanging around the house.  Don’t worry, no crazy moves.

A  60-minute flow class consisting of poses focusing on strength, mobility, flexibility and balance. ( Sorry my head is not showing on this one.  HAHA!  Still working our how to crop and edit!)
