I love this Mocha Latte and it is so dang good for you!
Start with 8-10oz of your favorite coffee. Pour into your blender. I used my NutriBullet. You may also use an Immersion blender. Add 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon each of Ashwagandha and Shatavari, 2 teaspoons of Your Super Chocolate Lover Mix, 1 scoop collagen peptides, 1 Tablespoon of Laird Unsweetened Superfood Creamer and 1/2 cup of your favorite milk. I used cashew milk.
Blend together for a minute. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy. I topped with a few cacao nibs.

I also include MCT oil on a daily basis by putting into my tea or coffee along with a little ghee or Kerry Gold butter.
